RTOWN made waves in Kamloops last week at our official grand opening. The Commodore Grande CafÃ© & Lounge was buzzing with many local business owners excited to meet the team and learn more about the future relationship RTOWN has with local business in town.
The evening was an introduction to RTOWN’s digital marketing solutions and the passionate team behind it. Our local Digital Media Strategist, Cristina Ostapovitch, opened with a few words about her journey so far with RTOWN:

Customers were literally calling to see if there was another option for them other than traditional media. I made my decision right then and there and I was so thrilled I did. Our CEO, Luke Aulin, who grew up in Kamloops, made the trip up from Vancouver for the occasion. Luke spoke about his transition from intrapreneur to entrepreneur and how our rapidly growing start-up stays true to their mission, vision and core values.
A talking point of the night was RTOWN’s Loyalty App. Business owners were eager to learn how to develop a strong program that staff loves to talk about and one that keeps customers coming back for more. A business card draw kept guests at the evening bustling. The prize was a 60 second promotional video from our talented production crew. Huge round of congrats to the lucky winner, Nikolina Ruzic of The Plaza Hotel.
